DORKING Wanderers had goalkeeper Dan Lincoln to thank for claiming a first clean sheet in the league since November 26 as they battled to a vital point in their bid to beat the drop.
Lincoln pulled off a string of fine saves – notably from Jesse Debrah and Millenic Alli – to take the Wands two points clear of the relegation places.
“We’ve got Dan Lincoln to thank for a few big saves in the first half,” admitted Dorking boss Marc White, whose side’s National League high goals against tally of 77 has now been matched by Maidstone.
