A FIRST-HALF header from captain Tony Craig helped Dorking Wanderers to a first away win of the season – and subjected FC Halifax Town to a first home defeat.
Centre-back Craig nodded home George Francomb’s 34th-minute cross to clinch the points for Marc White’s side, while the Shaymen, who sat fifth in the table before kick-of, weren’t able to turn possession into goalscoring opportunities.
