CHIPPENHAM TOWN made it six games unbeaten with victory over St Albans City.
The hosts looked to set the tone early on and saw Shaun Jeffers have a shot saved after a smart turn. However, Chippenham took the lead just 12 minutes in when St Albans failed to clear a corner and it fell to Aaron Amadi-Holloway, who blasted the ball into the back of the net.
St Albans attempted to find a quick response, but met a resolute Chippenham side in their way.
Dom Hutchinson struck a fierce effort from the edge of the box that Will Henry tipped over the bar at full stretch.
