ALEX Woodyard is back playing for the Cowley brothers – for a fourth time in his career.
Boss Danny Cowley and first-team coach Nicky have made the 31-year-old their eighth signing of the summer at League Two Colchester United after the midfielder left York City this week.
Woodyard has played for the Cowley brothers three times before – at Concord Rangers, Braintree Town and Lincoln City, winning promtion to the EFL with the latter.
He then moved on to Peterborough United, Tranmere Rovers and AFC Wimbledon before joining National League York last season.
