ALEX WOODYARD insists Sutton United was his “perfect fit” after agreeing to join the U’s on an 18-month contract.
The 31-year-old is back in Non-League after being snapped up by U’s boss Steve Morison following his release from League Two side Colchester United.
And the defensive midfielder, who picked up the NGA Player of the Year award after steering Lincoln City to promotion in 2016-17, is determined the make the most of the next stage of his career.
