Hartlepool United's winless run extended to seven as Eastleigh battled back to take a share of the spoils in this National League encounter.
The visitors went ahead in fine fashion through West Bromwich Albion loanee Reyes Cleary before Eastleigh hit back just before the interval through the in-form Tyrese Shade.
However, neither side were able to find a winner in a frantic second half.
Afterwards, the Spitfires' boss Kelvin Davis was dumbfounded that his side couldn't find a way to seal the victory at the Silverlake Stadium.
