Lucas Weaver has stepped up four levels to join Altrincham, having scored 42 goals in all competitions last season for Colne FC.
The highly rated winger has arrived from the North West Counties League (Step 5) for last year’s National League play-off semi-finalists. He becomes the Robins’ first summer signing.
The 22-year-old was in his second season at Colne, having joined from Fulwood Amateurs in 2022. Last season he scored 34 in the league for a side that finished 10th in their division.
As part of the deal, Colne will host Altrincham in a pre-season friendly on Saturday July 6 at the Holt House Stadium.
