Boreham Wood have announced Ross Jenkins as their new manager.
The former Oxford City boss, whose departure from the Hoops was announced this morning, takes over from Luke Garrard.
Wood were relegated from the National League in April after nine seasons at Step 1.
Jenkins will be assisted by club legend Mark Ricketts with Lloyd Doyley also joining the coaching staff. Doyley is a former teammate of Jenkins from his days at Watford.
Boreham Wood’s official site stated:
“We look forward to seeing the collaboration of three hardworking, intelligent, and humble football brains as they now focus on recruitment and begin building a squad that’s ready for the upcoming season.
“Welcome to the Wood, Ross, and welcome back, Ricko!”
