National League North club Alfreton Town have continued preparations for the new season by bringing in two new signings.
It has announced that both Harry Middleton and Sam Ramsbottom will begin the new campaign at North Street.
Middleton arrives at Alfreton after leaving Port Vale at the end of last season. Prior to joining Vale, the 23-year-old spent five years with Doncaster where he was part of the squad that won promotion from League Two in 2017.
The young midfielder spent part of last season on loan at National League club FC Halifax Town.
Meanwhile, Ramsbottom has joined Alfreton after leaving last season’s National League winners Macclesfield Town.
The goalkeeper came through the youth ranks at Tranmere Rovers before spending time at Witton Albion and Irish club Galway United.
Ramsbottom joined Barrow on a short term-contract in mid 2017, beforemoving to Macclesfield last September.
