(Andy Teague celebrates Chorley‘s win over Barrow in the FA Cup fourth round qualifying)
Chorley captain Andy Teague is urging the young Magpies to show what they’re made of when Doncaster Rovers come to town on Sunday.
The National League North high flyers welcome League One Donny in the FA Cup first round proper this weekend.
Defender Teague knows it’s an opportunity for the club to show what they’re about – and for the players to display their talent.
“We’ve got a few young lads in our team who want to get in the Football League,” Teague said. “There’s no better stage to show what they’re made of. If they do well – we don’t want them to leave – but people might notice them and see they can do it against League players.
“So it’s going to be good for everyone involved, especially the younger lads with ambitions to play in the Football League to show what they can do.”
