UNITED GO BACK AT HOME – AT LAST!

AFTER eight months in the wilderness, finally Hayes & Yeading United have returned to the stadium they only built last year.
United yesterday played their opening Evo-Stik South East game against Aylesbury at the SkyEx Stadium after finally gaining the safety certificate they needed to play competitive football at the ground.
It has been a long time coming after a number of complications – including the need to re-tarmac the walkway around the pitch.
