Leonard strike takes Max points

A FIRST-HALF goal from Max Leonard handed Curzon Ashton the points at a wet Tameside Stadium.
On six minutes FC United’s Joel Logan came close after he was found by Jordan Fagbola on the right. Logan cut in and curled in a shot which Steve Howson deflected away.
On 21 minutes Curzon produced a good move which resulted in Niall Cummins forcing United keeper Lloyd Allinson into a save. Matthew Crothers netted the rebound but the assistant referee had his flag up.
