■JASON Oswell bagged another brace as Stockport County got back to winning ways in the league against North Ferriby United. Oswell opened the scoring on the halfhour, getting a faint poke onto Sam Walker’s low cross.
It did not take long for the hosts to go two up, this time Scott Duxbury’s cross finding the diminutive Sam Minihan, who headed over Durrant.
North Ferriby had chances in the first half. Curtis Bateson forced two fine saves from Ben Hinchliffe, one of which came prior to County scoring, and was a diamond in the rough for the Villagers.
