THE weather had a huge effect on both teams as Lincoln came out of the blocks with the wind behind them and Frickley just couldn’t live with them.
They had several good chances cleared off the line in the first 15 minutes. Then, Paul Grimes was tripped in the area and Andrew Joyne smashed the penalty down the middle.
