SAINTS put in an accomplished performance against York, who came into the game still with a chance of reaching the play-offs.
But it was two secondhalf goals from Jimmy Armson that won the game to send Brackley into next Sunday’s playoff semi-final in good heart.
Brackley enjoyed the better of the first period with the 7-0 corner count telling the story. Armson, Shane Byrne, Aaron Williams and Glenn Walker all went close.
