KIDDERMINSTER avoided the bounce of Bradford Park Avenue having a new manager with a comfortable success on the road.
Back-to-back 5-0 defeats saw the Yorkshire club appoint Marcus Law within a week of the new campaign beginning but Harriers eased to victory at the Horsfall Stadium.
A few shots had already flashed towards the home goal when the deadlock was broken 14 minutes in, Ashley Chambers spreading the play for Correy Davidson on the left who cut inside and rifled low across exposed keeper Charlie Andrew.
