HOT-SHOT Adam Marriott helped himself to a double as table-topping King’s Lynn’s longest journey of the season proved a profitable one.
Second-bottom Blyth included three new signings following the departure of top scorer Callum Roberts.
But it was Marriott who caught the eye with two goals in the opening 18 minutes.
Blyth keeper Zach Hemming had already made a stunning save from Chris Henderson when the Linnets struck on 12 minutes.
