CHORLEY scored a goal in each half to end Blyth Spartans’ unbeaten home record and inflict a third consecutive defeat on Michael Nelson’s side.
The Magpies stretched their own unbeaten run in the league to five games to move into the top six.
Connor Hall scored on the stroke of half-time to influence both manager’s talk during the interval.
Millenic Alli then bagged the all-important second goal early in the second period to leave Blyth with a mountain they were unable to climb.
