KETTERING put a poor Blyth side to the sword with a comfortable victory and ended a disappointing run of results.
Jordan Watson missing an open goal from ten yards out five minutes from time summed up a retched afternoon for the Spartans.
It took just six minutes for the Poppies to take command when man of the match Connor Kennedy nodded the ball towards Callum Powell, who slotted home with ease past Alex Mitchell for his tenth of the season.
