A LATE Jake Lawlor winner kept Darlington’s good run going.
It means Quakers are unbeaten in five matches, taking 13 points out of 15, a remarkable turnaround having previously lost four in a row without scoring.
For a long time here it did not look like either team would score; while Blyth created little, Darlington bossed possession but without a cutting edge.
They started strongly without having a shot on goal, keeping possession with some nice play in the opposition half but failing to test Alex Mitchell.
