CURZON Ashton upset Darlington’s play-off chances with a shock win at Blackwell Meadows.
Goals in each half by Jordan Richards and Marcus Poscha secured a first victory in eight games for mid-table Ashton, against a Quakers side looking for a sixth successive home victory.
Eighth at the start of play, Alun Armstrong’s side, without key players, were second best throughout and were unable to test visiting goalkeeper Chris Renshaw until the 94th minute.
