SCARBOROUGH completed the double over Brackley to record a rare away win and leapfrog Saints in the table.
The home side started strongly and created the best chance of the match on just five minutes as Danny Newton ran clear of the defenders but Ryan Whitley stood tall and blocked the shot. Saints were close to going ahead minutes later as Scarborough failed to clear from a corner and only bodies on the line kept out Gaz Dean’s close-range shot.
