AN own-goal was the difference as Alfreton ruined Kidderminster Harriers' unbeaten home record by beating them 1-0.
In a game in which both sides carved out opportunities, the decisive moment came with 11 minutes remaining as Harriers defender Alex Penny prodded the ball into his own net.
Harriers had the best of the opening exchanges and were nearly gifted an own-goal when Ashley Hemmings’ header was inadvertently steered over the bar by Josh Clackstone.
