■ HEYBRIDGE Swifts miserable home league form continued with a narrow loss at the hands of league-leaders Bury Town.
The away side dominated the early stages of the game and got their reward when Luke Brown calmly slotted the ball into the bottom corner to give the visitors the lead after 26 minutes.
Swifts came out firing in the second half, though, and showed big improvements on their first-half display. The Swifts, how-
ever, were unable to create any clear-cut chances and the Bury defence withstood the Swifts pressure with relative ease.
