OXFORD CITY put in a relentless display to beat Spennymoor Town in their last home game of 2024, in the process ending the visitors’ nine-game unbeaten streak in all competitions.
The hosts scored twice in the first period, before adding a third after the break as they dominated.
They got their just rewards after 15 minutes when a ball over the top saw Josh Parker time his run to perfection, stabbing past the onrushing Brad James to give the Hoops the lead.
While Spennymoor did rally after going behind, it was still the Hoops...
