CURZON ASHTON held out to record a narrow victory at the Neuven Stadium, as a second-half red card for Radcliffe gave the Boro a mountain to climb.
Radcliffe started the better of the two teams with half-chances for Anthony Dudley and Tom Walker inside 15 minutes, before multiple corners were well defended by Curzon. The game then levelled out as Craig Mahon’s men began to create chances, but the scoreline remained level after the first 45 minutes.
