Hungerford Town are looking for new people to take the club on.
At a supporters meeting on Thursday night interim chairman Steven Skipworth, long-serving secretary Mike Hall and treasurer Terry Wild confirmed they would be stepping down from their roles at the members-owned club once the season has finished.
The Crusaders are battling against relegation from National League South where they sit a point from safety.
