GOSPORT were relegated as wins for fellow strugglers Whitehawk and Truro City condemned Borough to the drop.
In a relatively quiet opening half, Concord looked most likely to score through the lively Dion Sembie-Ferris but failed to take advantage of their chances.
The second half was more exciting as the hosts took the lead in fortuitous circumstances. A cross aimed at Steve Cawley was flicked by the head of skipper Joe Oastler past his own goalkeeper Lewis Watch.
