OXFORD failed to convert possession into points as they lost to a clinical Poole Town.
The Hoops dominated the opening exchanges, taking a deserved lead through Matt Paterson as he hooked a loose ball goalwards. A chip over the defence almost found him for a second but Nick Hutchings dealt with it.
