POOLE suffered their second consecutive three-goal home defeat in a game that sent Braintree Town top of the league.
The first half was a fairly even contest. Phil Roberts’s superb free-kick went just wide while Anthony Okoye’s header hit the post. However Poole had possibly the best chance of the half when Marvin Brooks shot narrowly wide. The game changed after Will Spetch’s sending-off for a second yellow.
