WESTON-SUPER-MARE recovered from a nightmare start to earn a point against East Thurrock United, but the Seagulls will be disappointed not to finish Saturday with three points in the bag.
East Thurrock snatched a sixth-minute lead thanks to Sam Higgins’ stooping header from Joe Christou’s cross, with a sprawling Luke Purnell unable to claw the ball away as it dribbled over the line.
