GLOUCESTER CITY moved another step closer towards returning home after a motion to support plans for a new stadium was unanimously passed by the City Council.
The Tigers have been without a home of their own for the last 11 years after they were forced out of their Meadow Park after floods left the pitch submerged in 8ft of water.
Now though the club, who currently play at Evesham United’s ground, can finally dream of returning to the city – and are calling on fans and businesses to back the club.
