OXFORD CITY could have no complaints as they threw away an early lead against an organised and effective Chelmsford City outfit.
The Hoops controlled the early exchanges and went ahead in the 17th minute when Kabby Tshimanga’s innocuous effort on goal somehow squirming underneath goalkeeper Nathan McDonald.
The visitors took control from there, and drew level in the 30th minute when loose play from the City defence allowed Rhys Murphy to break free and finish calmly into the bottom corner.
