DULWICH gained precious points in their battle to avoid the drop, while denting Welling’s play-off prospects.
Hamlet led through Nathan Green’s early goal and Decarrey Sheriff doubled their advantage four minutes from time.
However, an unfortunate own goal set up a nervy finish.
Dipo Akinyemi snatched at an early chance for Dulwich, pulling his shot wide.
But he laid on the opening goal in the 14th minute with a well-won header to Green, who moved clear and beat Wings keeper Dan Wilks with a composed leftfoot finish.
