THE IRON are still waiting to pick up a point in the league this season and on this showing at Cressing Road against a confident and admittedly more experienced Wealdstone side, the wait will go on for some time.
Apart from a bright 15 minute spell just after half-time, the Iron were never in contention in reality and but for some excellent saves by their keeper Michael Johnson, the scoreline would have been much different.
With their defence at times all at sixes and sevens, a non-existent midfield and the two lone strikers starved of any service up...
