HAMPTON’S poor start to the season continued despite scoring first against Hemel Hempstead, leaving them in the bottom three after three games, with a goal difference that will possibly start concerning manager Gary Mc- Cann.
After an even start to the game, the Beavers took the lead on 24 minutes, striker Tyrone Lewthwaite controlling a Tom Jelley cross and clipping it over his shoulder and into the net past keeper Sam Beasant.
