SAM Deadfield’s moment of dead-ball quality was enough to give Hampton & Richmond Borough their first win of the season on a scorching afternoon at Meadowbank.
The weather was playing it’s part in the tempo of the game, neither side able to find any rhythm during a first half peppered with injury stoppages and a lack of quality on the ball.
