A LATE James McShane goal earned Dorking the win in a dramatic seven-goal thriller.
Tony Burman returned to the Dartford dugout as interim manager but could not stop a rot that has seen Dartford only win once in ten games.
It was Dorking who opened the scoring through Niall McManus on 12 minutes, finishing off a swift counter-attack with a wickedly hit effort from 20 yards that flew into the top corner.
Dartford equalised on 23 minutes with Ben Greenhalgh tucking the ball into the bottom corner for his first goal of the season.
