CHELMSFORD City picked up their first away win of the season in style at Eastbourne Borough.
Sam Higgins scored twice as Rod Stringer’s side took advantage of the Sports’ poor showing. In windy conditions at Priory Lane, the Clarets scored after just 12 minutes.
Billy Knott whipped in a corner and picked out an unmarked Chris Whelpdale who headed home at the front post.
