THE BEACHBOYS made it six wins in a row but they were made to work hard for their three points by a busy but inexperienced home side who saw their resistance finally broken 14 minutes from time.
The only goal of the game came from James Blanchfield who gave young QPR loan keeper Marcin Brzozowski no chance when he strolled in from the left hand side to drive the ball low into the net.
In truth, the visitors were far the better side despite waisting several first half chances as the Iron defence stuck doggedly to their difficult task.
