TWO first-half goals by Maidstone striker Ibby Akanbi proved enough for all three points against a Havant & Waterlooville side who largely looked bereft of ideas
The visitors deservedly took the lead on 32 minutes. Hoyte’s long throw set up Matt Mc-Clure whose astute pass found Akanbi. The striker turned Hawks defender Joe Cook before netting.
