DARTFORD stretched their winning run to five games with a convincing win over Oxford City at Princes Park, though the game was marred by a serious injury to the visitors’ Finn Tapp.
Both sides struggled to settle during a scrappy opening to proceedings, and the visitors lost Tapp following a collision that saw the defender stretchered off following a 14-minute stoppage.
Dartford’s Darren Mc- Queen fired over on 33 minutes after taking down goalkeeper Alhaji Sesay’s clearance with aplomb in the game’s first chance.
