BRADLEY STEVENSON scored the only goal for Welling United against Tonbridge Angels in an enthralling game.
Jack Sims was the first keeper called into action first coming out quickly to clear before a good save from Adam Lovatt’s shot. However, it was Welling who broke the deadlock with their first meaningful effort. Arthur Penney hit an inch-perfect 70-yard pass behind the Tonbridge defence and Stevenson cut in before firing home.
