SLOUGH Town overcame an early setback to beat Tonbridge Angels with Aaron Kuhl netting the decisive goal.
On 76 minutes Kuhl latched on to a precision pass from substitute Max Worsfold, and then had his shot deflected past the stranded Jonathan Henly in goal.
After a lively start, Tonbridge took a deserved lead in the seventh minute after a gift from Slough’s defence.
A mix up involving Mark Nisbet saw the ball end up at the feet of Tom Beere, who took full advantage and struck the ball past the onrushing Jonathan North into the back of the net.
