OXFORD City climbed to the top of the National League South table despite only having to settle for a share of the spoils in a hard-fought clash with Chippenham Town after Josh Ashby saw his penalty saved by goalkeeper Will Henry.
Alefe Santos’ stunning 30-yard effort for Chippenham cancelled out Harvey Bradbury’s opener but Dartford’s defeat at Maidstone meant that David Oldfield’s men hit the summit.
