MAIDSTONE UNITED stretched their unbeaten run to 12 matches with a win over Bath City as they took advantage of Dorking Wanderers losing at the top of the National League South.
One of the features of the Stones’ unbeaten spell has been a settled side but Hakan Hayrettin, who signed a new contract in the week, was forced into a change in goal with Tom Hadler suspended. Yusuf Mersin came in and enjoyed a good debut, making a decent save to deny Tom Smith in the first half.
