MISSED chances proved crucial as Welling United crashed to defeat.
Craig King was beaten early on by Arthur Penney but Welling couldn’t force it home. King had two extensive spells of treatment but was able to continue.
Craig Fasanmade had the best chance for the visitors, but he fired over before Ade Shokunbi should have put Welling ahead but he could only clip the bar after great work by Dipo Akinyemi.
