JAYDEN RANDELL’S early goal was enough for Concord to take all three points home from their Good Friday clash and leave Braintree with lingering relegation fears.
The former Wealdstone defender was left unmarked to plant Ryan Blackman’s tenth-minute corner, a lead the visitors defended with some comfort until some nervous moments in stoppage-time.
Victory ensures National South safety for the Beachboys, but a fourth defeat in five for Braintree means they still have work to do to retain their Step 2 status.
