CHELMSFORD CITY secured a vital three points with a comfortable victory against play-off chasing St Albans City.
The Clarets, going into the game just a few points off bottom spot, started well and took the lead inside 15 minutes when Charlie Sheringham met Tom Blackwell’s corner and nodded home.
St Albans had appeals for a penalty a few minutes later when Weiss collided with Cameron James, but they were waved away.
