Ryan Maxwell hopes his success stories at Braintree Town alert potential employers for his next role.
The former Walthamstow player-boss left the National League South Iron by mutual consent this week having steered them to safety this season.
When Maxwell took over in 2021, the Essex outfit were winless and pointless in their opening seven games and stuck to the foot of the table.
But after wholesale personnel changes, they were out of the drop zone when the season was curtailed early because of Covid.
